From Chimney House to Coconut Creek Home.
Located beside the Devasom Resort in Khao Lak, this transformation was a true ground-up revival. When the new owners reached out, we knew this project would be something special.
Working closely with our clients- we stripped the house back to its bare bones and rebuilt it to match our client’s vision—modern, functional, yet still true to its original character. With each phase, their vision became clearer and more refined.
Key upgrades included:
• Brand new electrical & lighting systems
• Separate hot & cold plumbing lines
• Two new septic systems
• New driveway entrance
• Custom kitchen
• Two new stylish bathrooms + exterior washroom
• A new Sunset Study/Guest Bedroom
• Nearly 1km Tessaban water line installation
• Exterior shower feature
• Full 5-star skim coating & interior/exterior repaint
• All original wood doors, windows, staircase, and railings were stripped of dark stain and oiled for a natural finish
• Roof tile color updated from terracotta to green to blend seamlessly with the surrounding jungle
