ซอยเสรีไท 43 บริบทเป็นพื้นที่ชุมชนขนาดใหญ่ในเขตบึงกุ่ม มีสำนักงานเขตบึงกุ่มตั้งอยู่กลางซอย เเละมีพื้นที่สีเขียวสวนสาธารณะ (สวนเสรีไท) ซึ่งเป็นพื้นที่ซึ่งไว้ทำกิจกรรมของคนในชุมชนย่านนี้เพื่อการพักผ่อน ออกกำลังกาย ทำให้ในซอยนี้ค่อนข้างครึกครื้นและมีการไหลเวียนของกิจกรรมตลอดทั้งวัน

การที่จะมีพื้นที่ พื้นที่หนึ่ง เป็นจุดรวมหรือ สถานที่พักผ่อน ให้คนในพื้นที่ได้มาใช้งาน จึงเป็นโจทย์ของ Owner ที่ตั้งโครงการนี้ขึ้นมา

และการไหลเวียนของผู้คน, กิจกรรม, เเละพื้นที่ส่วนรวมที่เห็นได้มากในพื้นที่ จึงเป็นโจทย์ที่ผู้ออกแบบได้ตั้งไว้ ว่าจะนำมาออกแบบให้เข้ากับโครงการอาคารพาณิชย์ได้อย่างไร
เเต่เนื่องด้วยพื้นที่ของโครงการค่อนข้างเล็ก เเละต้องการพื้นที่จอดรถจำนวนมาก
ทางผู้ออกแบบจึงได้ยกพื้นที่กิจกรรม พื้นที่ใช้สอยของผู้ใช้อาคารไปยังชั้นบน และได้ปรับพื้นที่ชั้น 1 ทั้งชั้น ให้เป็นพื้นที่จอดรถ
เชื่อม Function การใช้งานด้วยบันได Vertical Stair เป็น Function หลัก
ในการเชื่อมต่อ และเน้นรูปแบบบันไดให้โดดเด่น เพื่อเป็นการเชื้อเชิญให้ผู้คนรอบข้างมาใช้อาคาร
และทำพื้นที่หลังคาให้เป็นพื้นที่ดาดฟ้า เพื่อนเป็น View Point โดยมี
สวนเสรีไทด้านหน้าโครงการเป็นวิวหลักในการ Take view
