เรื่อง ขอความร่วมมือในการตรวจสอบงานทาสีบริเวณระเบียงห้องชุด

เรียน ท่านเจ้าของร่วมและผู้พักอาศัยทุกท่าน

นิติบุคคลอาคารชุดขอความร่วมมือท่านเจ้าของร่วมและผู้พักอาศัย โปรดตรวจสอบสภาพงานทาสีบริเวณระเบียงห้องชุดของท่าน

หากพบข้อบกพร่อง หรือมีบริเวณที่ประสงค์ให้ดำเนินการแก้ไขปรับปรุง
กรุณาแจ้งนิติบุคคลอาคารชุด เพื่อรวบรวมข้อมูลและประสานงานกับผู้รับเหมาต่อไป

Dear Co-owners and Residents,

The Juristic Person kindly requests all co-owners and residents to inspect the painting work at your unit’s balcony area.

If you find any defects or areas requiring correction or improvement,
please inform the Juristic Person Office so that the matter can be collected and coordinated with the contractor.

📅 Please report any issues by Friday, 28 August 2026.

We kindly ask you to inspect the painting work and provide any relevant information within the specified period.

This cooperation is requested to ensure the orderliness, appearance, and safety of the building.

สวัสดีครับ/ค่ะ เรียนเจ้าของร่วม/ผู้อยู่อาศัยโซน D ทุกท่าน 🏢

กลุ่มนี้จัดตั้งขึ้นร่วมกันโดย **นิติบุคคลอาคารชุด เอเวอร์กรีน วิว ทาวเวอร์** และ **บริษัท เอ.วี.อี. อัดวานซท เอ็กซิม จำกัด** ผู้รับเหมางานปรับปรุงอาคารภายนอก เพื่อใช้เป็นช่องทางประสานงานการตรวจรับงานทาสีภายนอกโซน D โดยเฉพาะ ได้แก่ การนัดหมายตรวจงาน, แจ้งจุดที่ต้องการแก้ไข และรับลายเซ็นส่งมอบงาน

เมื่องานในโซน D เสร็จเรียบร้อย ทีมงานจะแจ้งในกลุ่มนี้ และขอนัดหมายเข้าตรวจห้องของท่านครับ/ค่ะ

This group has been set up jointly by the **Juristic Person of Evergreen View Tower** and **A.V.E. Advanced Exim Co., Ltd.**, the contractor for the exterior renovation works, as a dedicated channel to coordinate the Zone D painting inspection and handover process — including scheduling unit inspections, noting any touch-up requests, and collecting your sign-off.

Once the work on Zone D is complete, we will notify you here and arrange a convenient time to visit your unit for inspection.

เรียน ท่านเจ้าของร่วม
ตามที่ ประชุมแก้ไขร่วมกับผู้รับเหมาและทีมเทคนิคจาก Beger เมื่อวันที่ 7 มกราคม 2569 ที่ผ่านมานั้น ผู้รับเหมาจะทำการล้างฉีด ดังนี้
1. แนวโซน D ในวันที่ 12-13 มกราคม 2569
2. แนวโซน E ในวันที่ 14 มกราคม 2569
ฝ่ายบริหารอาคารฯได้เน้นการล้างให้สะอาด โดยให้ช่างเข้าล้างซ้ำในโซน D – E ให้สะอาด (รวมถึงซอกระเบียงและผนังด้านใน ที่สามารถล้างได้)
ฝ่ายบริหารอาคาร ขอความร่วมมือเจ้าของร่วมในโซนดังกล่าว เก็บผ้าและย้ายสิ่งของที่ระเบียงในช่วงวันดังกล่าว ในช่วงเวลา 09.00 - 17.00 น.
ทั้งนี้ หากท่านพบจุดใดที่ช่างล้างไม่สะอาด หรือต้องการให้ปรับปรุงเพิ่มเติม สามารถแจ้งเลขห้องได้ที่ฝ่ายนิติฯ หรือแจ้งในกลุ่มนี้ได้ทันทีครับ

Following the meeting with the contractor and technical team from Beger on January 7, 2026, the contractor will perform the following cleaning:
1. Zone D on January 12-13, 2026
2. Zone E on January 14, 2026
The building management has emphasized thorough cleaning, with technicians repeating the cleaning in zones D and E (including balcony crevices and interior walls that can be cleaned).
The building management requests the cooperation of co-owners in these zones to collect laundry and move items from balconies during the specified timeframe, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
If you find any areas that were not cleaned properly or require further improvement, please report your room number to the management office or inform us in this group immediately.
