Is Nana safe?

I get this question a lot — especially from women relocating to Bangkok alone.

Most people imagine one version of Nana.

Neon lights. Noise. Nightlife.

But Nana is not one block. It’s a collection of very different streets.

Sukhumvit 8 feels nothing like Sukhumvit 4 or 11 once you turn the corner.

It’s quiet. Residential. A dead-end street with direct access to the park.
Close to everything — but slightly removed from the intensity.

Micro-location matters more than reputation.
