📍 Koh Samui
1️⃣ Rental Manager (Thai or Foreign National with Rental Experience)
• Oversee and manage all rental operations in Koh Samui.
• Ensure high occupancy rates and client satisfaction.
2️⃣ Sales Agent (German, English, or Chinese Speaking)
• Seeking fluent speakers in German, English, or Chinese.
• Experience in real estate sales is a plus.
3️⃣ Marketing Agent (Thai National)
• Develop and execute marketing strategies for Koh Samui properties.
4️⃣ Marketing Manager
• Lead all marketing efforts for Koh Samui, including campaigns, branding, and lead generation.
📍 Bangkok
5️⃣ Sales Agent (Thai National) – 3 Positions Available
• Assist in selling luxury real estate in Bangkok.
• Must have strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Chinese-speaking Thai candidates will be considered, as well as those fluent in German, Arabic, or English as a second language.
6️⃣ Marketing Agent
• Develop and execute local marketing strategies for the Bangkok market.
7️⃣ Executive Assistant
• Provide high-level administrative support to company executives.
• Handle scheduling, reports, correspondence, and coordination of business activities.
• Strong organizational skills and confidentiality required.
8️⃣ Accounts Officer
• Manage financial records, transactions, and reporting for the company.
• Ensure compliance with Thai accounting and tax regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software is preferred.
📍 Krabi
9️⃣ Sales Agent (Thai National)
• Assist in selling real estate in Krabi.
• Must be fluent in English, with additional proficiency in French, German, or any other major foreign language as a plus.
🔟 Marketing Agent
• Execute marketing campaigns for real estate in Krabi.
1️⃣1️⃣ Marketing Manager
• Lead all marketing efforts in Krabi, including advertising, branding, and lead generation.
📍 Phuket
1️⃣2️⃣ Marketing Agent
• Manage local marketing activities for real estate in Phuket.
1️⃣3️⃣ Marketing Manager
• Oversee marketing operations for Phuket properties, ensuring brand growth and lead conversion.
1️⃣4️⃣ Sales Receptionist
• First point of contact for clients and guests at the Phuket office.
• Handle inquiries, calls, appointments, and basic administrative tasks.
• Excellent customer service skills required.
📍 Bangkok, Phuket, or Koh Samui (For Dubai & Thailand Operations)
1️⃣5️⃣ Digital Marketing Manager (Based in Bangkok, Phuket, or Koh Samui)
• Oversee digital marketing for both Dubai and Thailand operations.
• Develop and implement SEO strategies, online advertising, content marketing, and lead generation campaigns.
• Experience in real estate digital marketing is preferred.
