Renovating by improving what already works- Keeping existing floor and loose furniture, while adding a Dim-Sum Bamboo steamer lighting feature to activate the double-height ceiling and brig more brightness into the space.

The Layout separates cashier & main circulation from (active area ) from the seating area (Passive area), with noodle, dim-sum and beverage islands organized for better flow.

A condominium entrance renovation designed for better drop-off, rain protection, and greater privacy for the swimming pool.
The new canopy and bright Barrisol ceiling lighting create a simple, refined, and more welcoming arrival experience.
At the pool edge, the previous planter wall was replaced with a travertine marble privacy wall. Carefully designed vertical openings maintain natural ventilation while reducing views into the pool area—balancing privacy, comfort, and openness.

After more than ten years of use, this condominium lobby was reimagined to support today's lifestyle-creating a shared workplace that encourages visual interaction while maintaining privacy and welcoming natural light.
To manage the renovation budget wisely, we retained the existing floor finishes and loose furniture, investing instead in key architectural features, A Curved glass meeting room improved circulation, softens the corner, and creates a stronger visual identify, while the ch*****ne rose-gold frame and decorative strip on travertine marble highlights the space with elegance and purpose.

A thoughtful renovation can transform the experience of a space without starting from scratch.
This condominium lobby introduces a curved ch*****ne rose-gold framed glass meeting room to improve circulation while creating a brighter, more welcoming atmosphere. Existing flooring and selected loose furniture were retained , complemented by travertine- look wall finishes with refined metallic detailing for a timeless contemporary interior

รีโนเวทคอนโด Condominium Renovation| Lobby-Pool Deck-Facade
This renovation focused on creating a brighter, cleaner and more private environment.
Design Highlights
-Enhanced Privacy: The existing pool area was exposed to public view due to gaps in the landscape screen (green wall). We redesigned the boundary using a solid travertine wall with carefully placed vertical openings, maintaining privacy while allowing natural ventilation.

-Brighter & Simply timless: The original dark-toned lobby and pool deck were refreshed with a lighter material palette, creating a more spacious, elegant, and welcoming atmosphere

-เพิ่ม ไม้ระแนงสีแดงเพื่อสะท้อนเอกลักษณ์ร้านอาหารจีน china town
-ปรับฝ้าเพดาน และ เพิ่มไฟซ่อน เพื่อสร้างบรรยายกาศที่นวล อบอุ่น และสว่างขึ้น

Renovation and re-planning of a yummy and quality Chinese restaurant in Bangkok’s Chinatown , Improving circulation and operational flow between the noodle, dim-sum, and beverage area.
The existing high ceiling was transformed with a feature design inspired by the traditional Dim-Sum Bamboo steamer, integrating decorative lighting to enhance spatial identity , brighten the interior, and create a warm contemporary Chinese dining atmosphere #รีโนเวทร้านอาหาร #ออกแบบตกแต่งภายใน
