Following the earthquake on March 28, 2025, a team of certified structural engineering experts from Performmax Building Service Co., Ltd. conducted a thorough inspection and evaluation of RASA TWO.

🔍 The inspection was carried out according to the standards of the Building Inspectors Association (Reg. No. 0081/2550).

✅ The building’s risk level has been officially adjusted from yellow to green, confirming that RASA TWO is safe for use and operating as normal.

📍 This includes our Corporate Serviced Offices located on Level 18, which are fully operational and ready to welcome you.

หลังจากเกิดเหตุแผ่นดินไหวเมื่อวันที่ 28 มีนาคม 2568 ทีมวิศวกรผู้เชี่ยวชาญจาก บริษัท เพอร์ฟอร์แมกซ์ บิลดิ้ง เซอร์วิส จำกัด ซึ่งเป็นผู้ตรวจสอบอาคารที่ได้รับการรับรองจาก สมาคมผู้ตรวจสอบอาคาร (ทะเบียนเลขที่ 0081/2550) ได้เข้าดำเนินการตรวจสอบโครงสร้างของอาคาร RASA TWO อย่างละเอียด

🔍 ผลการตรวจสอบระบุว่า

✅ ระดับความเสี่ยงของอาคารได้ถูกปรับจากสีเหลืองเป็นสีเขียว ซึ่งหมายความว่า อาคารสามารถใช้งานได้อย่างปลอดภัยตามปกติ

📢 Safety Assurance Announcement

Following the recent earthquake on 28 March 2025, we would like to inform you that a thorough structural inspection has been conducted for the following buildings:

🏢 C.P. Tower 1 (Silom)
🏢 C.P. Tower 2 (Fortune Town)
🏢 C.P. Tower 3 (Phayathai)

The inspection was carried out in collaboration with Prof. Dr. Anat Ruangrassamee, a leading expert in structural engineering from Chulalongkorn University. The results confirm that there is no damage to the main structures of all three buildings. They are completely safe for continued use.

✅ This includes our Corporate Serviced Offices located at:

📍 Level 4, C.P. Tower 3 (Phayathai)

📢 G Tower is Safe and Officially Reopened

Following the recent Myanmar earthquake on March 28, 2025, we are pleased to confirm that G Tower has been thoroughly inspected and declared structurally safe by a certified engineering team from Ampersand Ace Co., Ltd.

✅ The inspection followed internationally recognized standards:
• ATC-20: Post Earthquake Safety Evaluations of Buildings
• FEMA 154: Rapid Visual Screening of Buildings for Potential Seismic Hazards

✅ Result: No structural damage or distress was found.
G Tower is certified safe and stable for full occupancy and operations.

Building will reopen and operate normally from 31 March 2025

Now operational, except Passenger Lifts A & B, which remain under maintenance.

Elevators are functional; some delays may occur during peak hours.
