柬埔寨即將建設第二條高速公路 “金巴高速”

柬埔寨國務部長兼公共工程與交通部部長孫占托表示，金邊-巴域（柬-越邊境）高速公路目前已完成研究工作。該項目全長160公里，將分成3個階段來修建，第一階段金邊至波羅勉省，第二階段波羅勉省至柴楨省，第三階段柴楨省至越南邊境地區。
柬埔寨首條高速公路為“金西高速”，作為連通柬埔寨首都與最大經濟特區的高速公路，“金西高速”對柬埔寨經濟發展有著重要的作用。
“金邊-巴域高速”全長160多公里，預算接近38億美金，途徑波羅勉省、柴楨省核心區域，“金巴高速”通車後，沿線地區的交通情況得到改善，不僅減少了區域之間的交通事故、降低運輸成本，高速公路沿線經濟效益也將發揮作用，波羅勉省、柴楨省將與金邊經濟圈融合乃至連結越南的胡志明市，發展步伐將更加快，更能在柬越貿易往來中收割發展紅利。
因此，作為柬埔寨第二條高速公路，“金巴高速”承載的意義同樣不容小覷。無論是建廠、買地還是蓋樓，投資柬埔寨，一定要抓住交通利好釋放出的信號，抓住發展好時機。

OCIC計劃在2020年第一季公佈奈島的新發展計劃

OCIC計劃在明年三月宣布該島的開發細節，新城市的綜合開發概念。OCIC現在正在填充島上的沙子和岩石，該島曾經幾十年被毀新的城市，基礎設施預計耗資高達20億美元。
Touch Samnang說，隨著新的基礎設施計劃，該公司也在研究建築。還有兩座橋樑，第一種選擇是在河上建造一座橋樑，將皮克島與城市連接起來修女島計劃耗資約6000萬美元，第二個選擇是一個2億美元的橋樑項目正在進行中。將在兩個位置之上選擇兩個橋，每個橋長約1000米。
該計畫的執行將帶動鐵橋頭區域，房地產及周邊經濟更加活耀，也會增大金邊市區面積。河景第一排高層建築群將進入另一個高度。

Cambodia to build second expressway

Sun Zhantuo, Minister of State and Minister of Public Works and Transport of Cambodia, said that research work on the Phnom Penh-Pakistani (Cambodia-Vietnam border) highway has been completed.
