Tripanwa is an ultra-luxury residence designed on a gently sloping contour landscape that offers a unique advantage: panoramic sea views toward two different bays. This rare condition inspired the core concept of the project, “Sunset & Sunrise.”
The architectural massing is organized into two primary triangular volumes positioned at different levels, each responding to distinct moments of the day and directions of the sea view.
The left wing of the house is elevated to form a second-floor level, designed to capture the experience of the sunset and accommodate evening-to-nighttime activities. In contrast, the right wing is positioned at a lower level, incorporating the ground floor and basement, allowing the spaces to embrace the calm atmosphere of the sunrise in the morning.
These two architectural volumes are connected by a central swimming pool, which acts as the spatial core of the residence while visually linking the two sea views. This design strategy reflects the unique identity of Cape Panwa, a place where both sunrise and sunset can be experienced within a single landscape.

This project is an extension of CocoCat Café, conceived with the aim of expanding the usable space to support a wide range of activities. The design accommodates multiple functions, including a café, restaurant, event space, and a multipurpose music courtyard. These functions are thoughtfully integrated to allow flexible use and seamless transformation according to different programs and time periods.

The design concept is inspired by the behavior of “Codo,” a cat, whose natural movement involves climbing, jumping, and occupying spaces at different levels. This idea of vertical play and spatial layering has been translated into an architectural strategy that emphasizes changes in levels, creating interconnected spaces that can be used simultaneously in diverse ways.

As a result, the extension offers a dynamic and adaptable environment where multiple activities can coexist. The space can be reconfigured to respond to varying events and uses, fostering a lively atmosphere while reflecting the playful, friendly, and open identity of the café.
งานออกแบบนี้เป็นส่วนต่อขยายของคาเฟ่ CocoCat โดยมีแนวคิดหลักคือการเพิ่มพื้นที่ใช้สอยให้สามารถรองรับกิจกรรมได้อย่างหลากหลาย ไม่ว่าจะเป็นพื้นที่คาเฟ่ ร้านอาหาร พื้นที่จัดกิจกรรม หรือ ลานดนตรีอเนกประสงค์ ทั้งหมดถูกออกแบบให้สามารถใช้งานร่วมกันและปรับเปลี่ยนรูปแบบได้ตามช่วงเวลาและลักษณะกิจกรรม

แนวความคิดได้รับแรงบันดาลใจจากพฤติกรรมของ แมว “Codo” ซึ่งมีลักษณะการเคลื่อนไหวและการใช้งานพื้นที่ในแนวดิ่ง ผ่านการเล่นระดับ การกระโดด และการเลือกพื้นที่ในมุมมองที่แตกต่าง การออกแบบจึงนำแนวคิดเรื่อง “การเล่นระดับ” มาต่อยอดให้กลายเป็นพื้นที่ใช้งานที่ซ้อนทับและเชื่อมโยงกันในหลายมิติ

ผลลัพธ์คือพื้นที่ที่สามารถรองรับการใช้งานได้หลากหลายพร้อมกันในช่วงเวลาเดียวกัน และสามารถปรับเปลี่ยนบทบาทของพื้นที่ได้อย่างยืดหยุ่น ตามรูปแบบกิจกรรมที่เกิดขึ้นในแต่ละช่วง สร้างบรรยากาศที่มีชีวิตชีวา และสะท้อนตัวตนของคาเฟ่ที่เป็นมิตร สนุกสนาน และเปิดกว้างต่อการใช้งานในรูปแบบใหม่ ๆ

Project : Little Pot

This project envisions a development that brings together a variety of restaurants and cafés within a single space, with a focus on creating shared seating areas that encourage interaction, connection, and a sense of community.

The design concept is inspired by the idea of a “Little Pot”—a small garden within a planter. The planter represents a vessel that holds soil, trees, and buildings, where every element is carefully arranged within limited boundaries. This metaphor reflects the harmony between nature and architecture, and the beauty that arises from thoughtful spatial composition.

Each zone of the project is designed to provide shaded areas beneath trees, creating a comfortable atmosphere that can be enjoyed at different times of the day. Additionally, a system for rotating homegrown vegetables and herbs has been incorporated, allowing them to be used as ingredients in food preparation, thus promoting sustainability as a core value of the project.

This design approach has led to the creation of the Concept Design under the name “Little Pot”, representing the coexistence of people, nature, and architecture within a compact yet beautifully curated space that embodies both harmony and sustainability.
โครงการนี้เป็นการพัฒนาพื้นที่ที่รวบรวมร้านอาหารและร้านกาแฟหลากหลายรูปแบบไว้ภายในพื้นที่เดียวกัน โดยมุ่งเน้นการใช้พื้นที่นั่งร่วมกัน (shared space) เพื่อสร้างบรรยากาศของการเชื่อมโยงและการแบ่งปันประสบการณ์การใช้ชีวิต

แนวคิดการออกแบบได้รับแรงบันดาลใจจาก “Little Pot” หรือสวนเล็ก ๆ ในกระถางต้นไม้ ซึ่งเปรียบเสมือนภาชนะที่บรรจุดิน ต้นไม้ และอาคาร ทุกองค์ประกอบถูกจัดวางอย่างประณีตภายใต้ข้อจำกัดของพื้นที่ เพื่อสะท้อนความงดงามและความกลมกลืนระหว่างธรรมชาติและสถาปัตยกรรม

พื้นที่แต่ละส่วนของโครงการออกแบบให้มีร่มเงาจากต้นไม้ ช่วยสร้างบรรยากาศที่เหมาะสมต่อการใช้งานในช่วงเวลาที่แตกต่างกัน นอกจากนี้ยังมีการจัดระบบหมุนเวียนพืชผักสวนครัวภายในพื้นที่ เพื่อสามารถนำมาใช้เป็นวัตถุดิบในการปรุงอาหารอย่างยั่งยืน อันเป็นหัวใจสำคัญของแนวคิดการออกแบบนี้

ด้วยเหตุนี้จึงเกิดเป็น Concept Design ภายใต้ชื่อ “Little Pot” ที่สะท้อนถึงการอยู่ร่วมกันของผู้คน ธรรมชาติ และสถาปัตยกรรม ภายในพื้นที่จำกัดที่ยังคงไว้ซึ่งความงดงามและความยั่งยืน
