We , Thai Project Management firm in Thailand , provides Management to construction projects, interior decoration, residential houses /condominiums from the design stages till project handover by coordinating with all relevant parties such as designers , vendors also the client. Prepare the project budgets and sort out suitable contractors for all of the trade packages.

Operation period depends on the size of the project and the departments involved as well as the materials that are used in the

This project was the following project after Charriol's apartment completed. Task was to renovate and modify , also decorate from the severe condition both engine and frame of The very old Tug boat into Modern Thai Boat for Private vessel for transportation on Chao Praya River. We dismantles all existing roof and engine with axle , also propeller to be replaced and re alignment. The most concern is the weight , must not higher than existing else it will affect to the balance and safety. We decided to use light weight steel frame with shringle roofing which reduce extra weight due to Thai roof shapae a lot. Once completed testing , it worked so well and satisfied client a lot. They have been using till now at Trihose City Marina , Charoen Nakron55 rd, Bangkok. Time to renovate 6 month with nearly 800,000 THB ( as under water part , Timber to be replaced a lot , also selaing to all joint with proper material and process). This was to proof ... even you had never done this thing before , if you researched / organized and worked hard with other consultants under your Management , you can create a good outcome which satisfied client and also it was our proud to make client dream comes true.

This Renovation start from old house on 480 sq.m land size and removed all exsiting M&E work , also wall windows doors ceilin , bathrooms etc. We kept just exposed structure and roof . Concept to utilize under roof cover space as much as possible and open space internally for more space . To light up internal space , we create alu glass wall full height to feel existing space wider with no divided walls to obstruct the sight and having connection between garden and internal area to make you enjoy outdoor while comfortable indoor staying. Also the light tone color to wall , ceiling and furnitures can make room looks wider and brighter as well. This house , gain inner space up to 300 sq.m from original approx.250 sq.m. by modifying terraces /external foyer and roofing to side area to be intetnal area. Total renovation budget from exposed structure ( just concrete floor column and roof with no walls ) to complete including all built in , appliances is approximately 6 million THB.
