Developed and managed by Frasers Property, ARAYA Industrial and Logistics Hub features modern green industrial buildings designed to LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) standards, with five key sustainability features:

• Energy & Atmosphere – Energy-efficient systems, roof skylights, and rooftop solar PV, reducing emissions by an estimated 122.46 tons CO₂e annually.
• Water Efficiency – Water-saving fixtures and metering systems, saving an estimated 972,580 liters of water per year.
• Sustainable Materials – High-SRI roofing materials that reduce heat island effects and improve building performance.
• Indoor Environmental Quality – CO₂ monitoring, MERV 13 air filtration, and low-VOC materials to support healthier indoor environments.
• Construction Waste Management – 99% of construction waste reused or recycled, reducing emissions by an estimated 46.05 tons CO₂e.
