📢 Official Statement from Living Comfort – Bangkok Real Estate Agency
We would like to address a recent situation regarding one of our rental cases.
Our agency, Living Comfort, successfully introduced a tenant to the property owner and supported both parties in signing a 1-year lease agreement. However, the tenant moved out after only 2 months, clearly breaching the contract terms.
📌 Our Role as an Agency
As per standard practice and under Thai Civil and Commercial Code Sections 537–571, our responsibility as an agency is to facilitate the introduction and support the agreement process. Once the lease is signed, the legal relationship is between the landlord and the tenant — not the agency.
We are not legally responsible for the tenant’s personal decisions after the contract is signed.
📌 Clarification to Co-Agents & Partners
We always work in good faith and cooperate with other agents. However, we will not accept blame or take responsibility for actions beyond our legal and professional scope. Any effort to shift blame to our agency or damage our reputation is unacceptable.
📌 Protecting Our Reputation
If anyone continues to spread false or misleading statements about our agency, we will take necessary steps to protect our name, including legal action if required. Under Thai Criminal Code Section 326, defamation is a serious offense.
We appreciate the support of our clients and partners who value fairness and professionalism. Our agency remains committed to providing honest and reliable real estate services in Bangkok.
Thank you,
Living Comfort – Bangkok Real Estate Agency
