จาก “วันที่ชีวิตใกล้ถึงทางตัน” สู่การก่อตั้งบริษัท Alita Engineering
ย้อนกลับไปช่วงโควิด… ปี 2564
ช่วงที่หลายธุรกิจหยุดนิ่ง และหลายคนต้องเริ่มต้นใหม่แบบไม่ทันตั้งตัว
ผมก็เป็นหนึ่งในนั้น
ถูกเลิกจ้างในช่วงที่ยากที่สุด หางานใหม่ก็แทบเป็นไปไม่ได้
บางที่รับ แต่ต้องลดเงินเดือนลงเกือบครึ่ง
ในขณะเดียวกัน
ภาระค่าใช้จ่ายก็ยังคงอยู่
และลูกสาวของผมในตอนนั้นเพิ่งอายุแค่ 8 เดือน
มันไม่ใช่แค่เรื่องงาน
แต่มันคือ “ความรับผิดชอบของทั้งครอบครัว”
สุดท้ายผมตัดสินใจใช้เงินชดเชยก้อนสุดท้าย
สร้างทางรอดของตัวเอง
ด้วยการเริ่มต้นบริษัทเล็ก ๆ ที่ชื่อว่า Alita Engineering โดยตั้งชื่อตามลูกสาว (น้องอลิตา)
ด้วยกัลยาณมิตรที่ดีหลายท่าน
ที่ช่วยแนะนำงานเข้ามา รวมถึงทีมงานที่ร่วมกันสู้ไปด้วยกัน
ทำให้ผมยังสามารถมีรายได้เลี้ยงครอบครัว
ผมได้ทำงานจากที่บ้าน
ไม่ต้องออกไปเสี่ยงกับโควิด
ได้ใช้เวลากับลูก
และค่อย ๆ พาธุรกิจผ่านช่วงเวลาที่ยากลำบากนั้นมาได้
จาก “ความจำเป็น” ในวันนั้น
สู่วันนี้ที่เรามี Project Reference มากกว่า 100 โครงการ พร้อมทีมวิศวกรผู้เชียวชาญในสายงานที่มากด้วยประสบการณ์
Alita Engineering อาจไม่ได้เริ่มจากความพร้อม
แต่เริ่มจากความจริงใจ และความรับผิดชอบต่อครอบครัว
และนั่นคือเหตุผลที่
ทุกงานที่เราทำ เรามีความจริงใจต่อลูกค้า
และยึดความรับผิดชอบต่อวิชาชีพเป็นหลักเสมอ

From life’s turning point to the founding of Alita Engineering
Looking back to the COVID-19 period in 2021,
a time when many businesses came to a halt and countless people were forced to start over unexpectedly.
I was one of them.
I was laid off during one of the toughest times.
Finding a new job was nearly impossible.
Even when opportunities came, they often required accepting nearly half the previous salary.
At the same time,
financial responsibilities remained.
And my daughter was only 8 months old.
It wasn’t just about a job.
It was about responsibility for my entire family.
In the end, I decided to use my last severance payment
to create my own way forward.
That was the beginning of a small company called
Alita Engineering, named after my daughter, Alita.
Fortunately, I had great mentors and supportive connections
who introduced opportunities, along with a team willing to fight through the challenges together.
This allowed me to continue earning an income to support my family,
work from home,
avoid COVID risks,
and spend valuable time with my daughter during one of the most important stages of life.
Step by step,
we managed to get through that difficult period.
From “necessity” back then
to today, where we have delivered over 100 project references. Supported by a team of highly qualified professionals with extensive experience.
Alita Engineering
did not start from readiness—
It started from
sincerity and responsibility.
And that is why, in every project we take on,
we remain committed to genuine service for our clients
and uphold strong professional responsibility as our core principle.
