Tula Developments last project was always going to be a test of the operations system, teams and process. We set up the foreign owner company, purchased the land and run our own due diligence, designed, funded in structured Interim payments, constructed, marketed, sold, on time and on budget, asking price reached(13.2m) During a testing year with this terrible Covid situation and lockdowns globally, our company achieved it’s target and exceeded our client expectations. One of our bathroom views on the Lakeside Residence. I think it’s very important to really feel part of a project and build a rapport with my team, be the boss but pick up a broom, be the investor and wage payer but run bricks and concrete in a barrow, make the tea and sit with the labourers at lunch break, treat people as your equal and respect all the jobs and services they provide. I paid for private Covid tests for all of our team, they all wear masks and keep this site spotless and clean. I want Tula Developments projects to be respected, so I must respect the laddies & gentleman that work with me. I’ve done my half day shift (that’s enough!) and I left them 1000 baht to get some beers after working on Sunday for me, said goodbye in my broken Burmese & Thai language to all of them individually asking their names. I’ve personally worked on many jobs since I was 13 years old, labouring. I’ve worked in many industries, in many countries, met many people and learned many things. การออกแบบบ้านได้สร้างการเชื่อมต่อระหว่างพื้นที่ภายในและภายนอกบ้านอย่างลงตัว มีสระว่ายน้ำติดทะเลสาบ พร้อมทั้งสวนที่ถูกออกแบบมาให้ยังคงความรู้สึกเป็นส่วนตัวของสมาชิกในบ้าน มีประตูอัตโนมัติรักษาความปลอดภัย เปิดไปสู่ถนนส่วนตัวที่จะนำท่านเข้าสู่สรวงสวรรค์อันสวยงามของบ้าน การตกแต่งสวนถูกออกแบบอย่างเป็นสากล เกิดความเป็นส่วนตัวพร้อมทั้งสร้างมุมมองบรรยากาศที่ลงตัวผ่านเส้นทางเดินต่างๆ ที่สอดคล้องกับการรับแสงธรรมชาติ การออกแบบบ้านอันประณีตแต่ยังคงความสง่างามเรียบง่าย นี้ก่อให้เกิดความสมดุลระหว่างชีวิตครอบครัว ความรื่นรมย์ระหว่างมิตรสหาย ตลอดจนการพักผ่อนอย่างเต็มสุข
