+++This is the private condo, no parties allowed.
+++No smoking or pets.
+++No Bar girl.
+++The guests are not allow to modify the layout of the room/furniture.
+++Any loss or damage of the furniture and equipments items and/or the property will be charged according to the actual costs of replacement.
+++Please do not wear shoes in the room.
+++Please help us save the energy for environment and economy reason by switch off the air condition and electric appliances when leaving the apartment.
+++ The costs of the end cleaning are charged ready in AirBnB.
+++ We require at least one cleaning a week by our maid. The room will be cleaned, linens and towels will be changed.
+++ These additional cleanings will be charged with 600 Baht each time.
+++Cleaning fees will be charged by cash in case when it's not paid to Airbnb.
+++If late check out we provide extra 100 Baht / per 1 hr.
