According to COVID-19 situation happening in Thailand and across the globe, THE SHINE aims to decrease the risk of the infection and to raise all the protection standard to the highest. As co-owners and residents’ safety is our TOP PRIORITY , we seriously have taken following actions to prevent every possible way of this matter.
1. On March 20th, 2020, we have sanitized all the common area by G4S Security Services (Thailand) Limited Company. They have used Peroxide disinfectant solution and 22 Multi-Quat Sanitizer solution around the common area of THE SHINE. Moreover, we have organized them to clean the specific areas in depth as follows:
- 1st floor : Lobby, Mail box room and Juristic Person office
- 5th floor : Meeting room, Reading corner and Laundry service room
- 6th floor : Health club, Restrooms, Sauna and around the swimming pool
- All of 3 elevators
- Hallways every floor and ladders
- Frequently touched spots such as every main door k**b of each units
2. At the entrance and exit of THE SHINE, our security guard will be spraying a hand sanitizer to residents and visitors for cleanliness and hygiene. Also, temperature checking will be measured before entering the residence by the security guards.
3. Hand sanitizers are provided in common area such as at the lobby, 1st floor’s hallway before entering elevator and health club on 6th floor.
4. Determination of standing positions in all passenger elevators which is limited to the maximum of 4 passengers per time, to avoid congestion in the elevators. This social distancing can reduce the spread of the virus.
5. In Health Club (fitness room), antiseptic solutions are provided for residents to disinfect the virus by themselves before and after exercise. Also clearly determine the areas for each of exercise machine in the room and restrict to a maximum of 5 users at a time.
6. We also would like to ask for your cooperation to reduce a chance of spreading and to support social distancing policy by using these channels to contact us for more information.

เนื่องจากสถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดของโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรน่า 2019 (โควิด-19) ที่กำลังเกิดขึ้นทั้งในประเทศไทยและทั่วโลก ณ ขณะนี้ ทางโครงการ THE SHINE Condominium ได้คำนึงถึงความสำคัญในการป้องกันและเล็งเห็นถึงความปลอดภัยของทุกท่านเป็นสำคัญ จึงได้เตรียมความพร้อมล่วงหน้าในทุกๆด้าน เพื่อเป็นการป้องกันและลดการแพร่ระบาดของเชื้อไวรัส และเพื่อให้คุณลูกบ้าน รวมถึงผู้พักอาศัยทุกท่านของโครงการฯ ได้รับความปลอดภัยอย่างสูงสุด โดยทางโครงการฯ ได้กำหนดมาตรการและดำเนินการที่เกี่ยวข้อง ดังต่อไปนี้
1.เมื่อวันที่ 20 มีนาคม 2563 ที่ผ่านมา ทางนิติบุคคลอาคารชุดเดอะชายน์ คอนโดมิเนียม ได้จัดจ้างบริษัท G4S Security Services (Thailand) จำกัด เป็นผู้ดำเนินการทำความสะอาดและฆ่าเชื้อไวรัส โดยใช้น้ำยา Peroxide Disinfectant และ น้ำยา 22 Multi-Quat Sanitizer ตามมาตรฐานของบริษัทฯ ทุกบริเวณพื้นที่ส่วนกลางของโครงการฯ ได้แก่
-ชั้น 1 ได้แก่ โถง Lobby , ห้องรับจดหมาย (Mail Box) และสำนักงานนิติบุคคลฯ
-ชั้น 5 ได้แก่ ห้องประชุม , ห้องอ่านหนังสือ และห้องซักผ้า-ตู้กดน้ำหยอดเหรียญ
-ชั้น 6 ได้แก่ ห้อง Health Club, ห้องอาบน้ำ และบริเวณรอบสระว่ายน้ำ
-ภายในลิฟท์โดยสาร ทั้ง 3 ตัว
-โถงทางเดินทุกชั้น และบริเวณบันไดหนีไฟ หลักของแต่ละชั้น
-บริเวณที่ถูกสัมผัสบ่อยๆจากการใช้งาน ได้แก่ มือจับประตูทุกบานในแต่ละชั้น
2.บริเวณทางเข้า-ออกหน้าโครงการฯ ได้จัดให้เจ้าหน้าที่รักษาความปลอดภัยทำการกดแจกจ่ายเจลแอลกอฮอล์ล้างมือให้กับลูกบ้านและผู้มาติดต่อเพื่อทำความสะอาดมือและฆ่าเชื้อไวรัสในเบื้องต้น และจะจัดให้มีการตรวจวัดอุณหภูมิร่างกายให้แก่ทุกท่านเพื่อเป็นการคัดกรองขั้นพื้นฐานก่อนเข้าโครงการฯในลำดับต่อไป
3.การจัดเตรียมเจลแอลกอฮอล์สำหรับทำความสะอาดมือทุกครั้งก่อนสัมผัสบริเวณมือจับต่างๆ ในทุกพื้นที่ส่วนกลางของโครงการฯ ได้แก่ บริเวณ Lobby และโถงลิฟท์ชั้น 1 รวมถึงพื้นที่ส่วนกลาง ชั้น 6 ได้แก่ ห้อง Health Club
4. การกำหนดตำแหน่งยืนภายในลิฟต์โดยสารทุกตัว โดยจำกัดให้โดยสารได้ไม่เกิน 4 ท่านต่อครั้ง เพื่อหลีกเลี่ยงความแออัดภายในลิฟต์โดยสารและเป็นการเพิ่มระยะห่างระหว่างบุคคลอื่น (Social Distance) ซึ่งจะช่วยชะลอการแพร่กระจายเชื้อไวรัส
5. บริเวณห้อง Health Club (ห้องออกกำลังกาย) ได้มีการเพิ่มจุดน้ำยาฆ่าเชื้อไวรัสเพื่อให้ผู้ใช้บริการทำการฆ่าเชื้อไวรัสด้วยตนเองทั้งก่อนและหลังจากการออกกำลังกาย รวมทั้งการกำหนดพื้นที่การทำกิจกรรมออกกำลังกายภายในห้องและจำกัดการเข้าครั้งละไม่เกิน 5 ท่าน
6. สำหรับการติดต่อประสานงานกับสำนักงานนิติบุคคลฯ ได้ขอความร่วมมือลูกบ้านและผู้พักอาศัยทุกท่านใช้ช่องทางการติดต่อสื่อสารทางโทรศัพท์ (053-105738 และ 094-6284724) และทาง Line Application แทนการมาติดต่อที่สำนักงานฯ โดยตรง เพื่อเป็นการเพิ่มระยะห่างระหว่างบุคคลอื่น (Social Distance) ซึ่งจะช่วยชะลอการแพร่กระจายเชื้อไวรัสได้อีกทาง
ทั้งนี้ ทางโครงการ THE SHINE Condominium ขอความร่วมมือทุกท่านป้องกันตนเองจากการแพร่ระบาดของโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรน่า 2019 (โควิด-19) โดยการสวมหน้ากากอนามัยทุกครั้งเมื่อต้องพบเจอผู้อื่น การหลีกเลี่ยงการเดินทางไปยังสถานที่มีคนจำนวนมาก การทำความสะอาดมือให้สะอาดทุกครั้งหลังจากสัมผัสสิ่งของและบริเวณต่างๆ ก่อนเข้าอาคารที่พัก และการดูแลสุขภาพร่างกายให้แข็งแรงอยู่เสมอ
