💚 Location
We have 2 buildings on the same road:
1. The original building called "Siriruk Apartment"

💚 Rental Periods
We can do rentals/lets of all periods (Short-term too!) such as monthly & anything in-between! We're flexible! (Check out the "Prices" section for details on specific periods).

💚 Prices
We have 2 buildings on the same road:
• Siriruk Apartments: 3500 THB/Month for normal rooms & 4000 THB/Month for corner rooms.
• The Siri: 4000 THB/Month for both normal & corner rooms. Note: There is a 1-time deposit of 4000 THB when you first check in. Right before you leave, you will get the deposit back minus the cleaning fee (400 THB), which would be 3600 THB
Exceptions for periods under a month:
• 1-3 Nights: We don't do these, unfortunately.
• 4-15 Nights: 3000 THB (Need to pay a deposit, water/electricity, & cleaning fee) (Water would be reduced to 50 THB/Month)
• 15-30 Nights: 4000 THB (Everything is the same as if you were paying for a normal month)

They aren't included in the rental price.
• Water: 100 THB/Month
• Electricity: 8 THB/Unit
Here are some approx. figures for electricity per month if you use AC every day:
• Night Only: 600 THB
• Day & Night: 2000 THB

💚 Difference Between Rooms
All rooms look the same. The only difference between normal & corner rooms is that the corner rooms have a tiny bit more space & extra windows, that's about it.

We don't have one but we can negotiate with you if you would like it.

💚 Wi-Fi / Internet
It's free and fast too, throughout both buildings. 🙂

The password is the same for both buildings on all networks. You can connect to any of them that have "Siri" in the name (Example: ""). There is a router on each floor (Example: "F1" = Floor 1) split up in 2 sections (Example: "F2_2" = Floor 2 Section 2). If you think the wifi isn't adequate (Which I doubt), you can always get AIS unlimited 3G-4G on your mobile and connect it to your computer through a hotspot with your phone.

Yes, we have in both buildings (Covered from the sun) BUT only for bicycles & motorbikes, not cars.

Unfortunately, they are not allowed due to smell complaints from other tenants. Sorry for the inconvenience! (We love animals though)

💚 Balcony / Outside Space
Unfortunately, our rooms don't have balconies that you can walk on, we have ledges though. BUT we have a big common public roof-top area that you can use to dry your clothes & chill. It has an awesome view of the Doi Suthep mountain & it's got tables and chairs too. 🙂

Unfortunately, we don't have them, only stairs.

💚 What's inside our flats
• 1 Queen sized bed + sheets, pillows, & a blanket

Regarding Fans: Only all rooms in the original building & 1/4 of the new building have them. We are currently working on installing them in all the rooms in the new building soon! BUT if you come to stay with us in a room with no fan, we can install one for you ASAP, no problem! Regarding TVs: Unfortunately, we don't have them, but if you want, we have one of 2 options:
1. You pay: You can do it whenever you want.
2. We pay: You need to stay with us for at least 6 months for it to be feasible for us. Regarding Kitchen Space: Unfortunately, None of the rooms have a kitchen (Only a fridge), BUT you can buy what you need for one (Example: Rice cooker, Blender, Electric stove, Kettles, Etc.) Some of our residents have a kitchen set up in their flats. Also, you can use the kitchen on the roof of the new building "The Siri", but ask the woman called "Siri" at the physical reception beforehand, please. Regarding Bathtub: Unfortunately, we don't have them, only showers. Regarding Microwave/Oven/Kettle: Unfortunatly we don't have.

You will get the key to your room & a magnet keychain to open the bottom door of the main building. Inside your room, you have multiple locks & a peephole on the door. Also, there are CCTV security cameras all over both the new & original buildings.

💚 TM30 - Immigration Visa Document (AKA Notification of Address)
We can do it for you quickly online (for free too) once you check in (If you stay with us for 1-month minimum!). All we need is your passport & the TM6 paper (which is in your passport). We will update or make a new TM30 document for you within approx. 24 hours after checking in.

💚 Where to Throw Garbage
There is a blue container on the opposite side of the street from the new building "The Siri" next to "OH Barber Shop". If the bag is too big then just put it next to the container. 🙂

💚 Washing & Drying Clothes
Note: All mentioned are self-service (No staff around) & open 24/7.
• The easiest & free one is in the original building "Siriruk Apartment" in the garage area. There's one fully customizable washing machine there, no money is needed. Just ask the woman called "Siri" at the physical reception to use it. :)
• There is one right opposite the original building "Siriruk Apartment". It has like 20 washing machines and is 20-30 THB per washing. (No drying as far as I know)

• There is a better place called "Otteri Wash And Dry", which is 7 mins (600m) away by walk. It has both washing & drying, but fewer machines in general.

💚 Water Refill Stations
You can refill drinking water from anywhere in Thailand. These stations that look like big boxes are called "Water Refill Stations". There are 2 on the opposite side of the street from both buildings. One at the washing machine place & one next to the nail salon.

We don't have it here BUT you can go to the "Lotus Pang Suan Kaew" Hotel which is 6 mins (450m) away by walk. Opening Times: 9am-8pm
Price: 100THB/Day (Includes a towel and use of the sun-beds)
How to get there: You have to go inside "Central Outlet Kad Suan Kaew" to the very back where you will enter the "Lotus Pang Suan Kaew" hotel, then take the elevator to the 7th floor and turn right.
