The Villa has 6 AC bed rooms: (4 double bedrooms with enclosed individual spacious bathrooms and one duplex family suite with 2 AC sleeping rooms with a shared bathroom (separate entrance to the bathroom – “guests of the additional "mansard" bedroom do not have to pass the master bedroom of the suite to use the shared bathroom”). The Villa has a private infinity edge salt water swimming pool (11x4m) with whirlpool bath massage jet system. One bedroom unit has a free standing bathtub the other spacious bathrooms have rain shower areas. This Villa is intended for groups of 6-8 persons with additional beds possible for up to 10 guests. The Villa has 4 AC bed rooms: (3 double bedrooms with enclosed individual spacious bathrooms and 1 additional air-conditioned mansard sleeping room (need to share the bathroom with one of the master BRs - separate entrance to the bathroom – guests of the additional mansard bedroom do not have to pass the other bedroom to use the shared bathroom. The Villa has a private infinity edge salt water swimming pool (7x4m) with whirlpool bath massage jet system. One bathroom has a whirlpool bath tub and another one a double rain shower (“honeymoon shower”). Both Villas are individual houses and have full privacy with separate garden and pools – still there is a gate between both properties in case a large group would like to rent both Villas - together combined for up to 24 guests. As public transport is limited in Chiang Mai – private transport – e.g. rental car or van with driver is recommended. We are happy to assist you for car rental or van rental at inexpensive local rates. Van rental can be arranged for individual trips or all day usage. It is a 10-15 minute drive to reach the city premise and between 15 to 30 minute drive to locations in the inner city. 5 minutes to the government municipality center, a 10 minute drive to the Chiang Mai Convention center. The Villas are conveniently located 1 km north of the ring road (no 121) towards many tourist attractions nearby Mae Rim and Mae Sa Valley. We can assist you for car rental, minibus rental or taxi. We also provide free use of bicycles. The surrounding of the Villas is very convenient and beautiful for bicycling.
