Wanasit Guesthouse is one of the oldest hotels in Chiang Mai - it's been open since 1978.It's on a very quiet street away from most other guesthouses so it does have a peaceful, less frenetic feel to it than some of the more busy hostels. Air conditioned rooms will cost 300/400 baht per night (1/2 people).
