• Management Concept and Fees
• Due to there are several projects in the development area. The Recreation Member Club, which is built to serve all houses and condos, buyers and lessees, does not belong to any condominium common property. By paying an extra monthly mandatory membership fee, members are allowed to free use of non-paid facilities, such as swimming pool, children’s pool, whirlpool bath, fitness room, garden area and parking. Thus Buyers or lessees do not need to pay the maintenance for the pool, but are obliged to pay the membership fee for the free use.
• Shops , restaurants, spa, massage, health treatment , sky lounge, lounge, laundry ,shuttle service ,and any other special services are also not the condominium common property.
• Condominium Maintenance charge 30 baht /SQM / month
• Sinking fund 500 baht/SQM (onetime payment upon registration of unit)
• Recreation Member Club Fee: 500 baht /unit / month
