Q1: Is this villa located in the House Project? How many houses built in this project?
A1: This villa is located in the house project Nice Breeze 6 which has in total 42 houses.

Q2: Who is in the neighbourhood of this villa?
A2: All neighbours from each side of the villa are permanent residents in the project, family couples (Europeans & Thai). All people inside the project are very friendly and live like community celebrating holidays together.

Q3: Is this project quiet and safe from flooding?
A3:Yes the project is quiet due to its location at the end of Soi 6 near mountains. The area is never flooded during rainy season (as this is the north of HuaHin). The house itself is located on the highest point inside the project, even during heavy rain the water is never stuck in the plot and dries out very quickly.

Q4: How many security guards does this project have? What is the community fee?
A4: The project has 2 security guards: day and night shifts. The community fee is 1,000 Baht / monthly.

Q5: What else is special about this place and it's location?
A5: Nice Breeze makes the weather more chilly in this area compared to the city center and the south of HuaHin.

We personally find the location convenient for residential purposes: out of traffic jams but super close to the main supermarkets and shopping centers as Makro, Villa Market, Index Living Mall, Boonthavorn, WinePro (all within 5-10 minutes driving).

The place will be especially comfortable for those who are frequently traveling from/to Bangkok.
