Two Hua Hin property developers were recognised at the Thailand Real Estate Awards 2026 in Bangkok on 27 August.

Orchid Palm Homes was named Developer of the Year Hua Hin, while BelVida Parque Hua Hin won Best Villa Development Hua Hin.

Accepting the award for Orchid Palm Homes, Sophia Ayling praised the team working behind the scenes to deliver quality homes and look after its communities. Sales and marketing manager Gary Hills highlighted the company’s presence in Hua Hin since 2004, with more developments planned.

BelVida project director Rob Pijper said his team was proud and honoured to receive the award, which builds on more than 17 years of work at BelVida Estate.

The ceremony at Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok at Chao Phraya River marked the awards’ tenth anniversary, recognising developers and projects from across Thailand.
