From first July the house owners have taken over Casa seaside. We have a new manegment company SSM.We will start fixing and cleaning up Casa seaside. Soon it will be as new again :)

Dear homeowners,
The committees who's in charge of security system has introduced some rules in order to test probability and efficiency;
1. All cars entry Casa seaside must have CASA stickers
รถเข้าออกของลูกบ้านทุกคันต้องมีสติ๊กเกอร์ติดที่หน้ารถ
2. For visitors that don't have CASA stickers must exchange ID card and take a picture at the security camera at the front gate

3. Homeowners should inform security guard if we have expecting visitors for security purposes
