Born and raised in Coventry, UK, Ashley moved to Thailand in Year 2000 and has lived, br

He tells a true amazing story that the very first condo project was Hyde Park 1. He remembers his boss like now brother taking him to the top of a roof in adjacent land plot and told him "thats where we are building first project" and it was an overgrown plot of land in a back soi off Thepresit Road. Anyway it took them 2 years to sell 79 condos in the building and 3 years to build. When he left the company 8 years later for personal reasons the company were selling over 120 concomiminiums MONTHLY and could not build fast enough. It was atrue shame what happened and what maybe could be today if it was not for the tragic unexpected death of his boss whilst the company was World reknown andthe future was just looking like a dream but came to an end. His boss was like his father figure he never had teaching him and building him up day after day working the Isreali way and then one day it was gone. What sets Ashley apart from other agents is that he puts his clients first and himself second. He says a good salesman does not talk he listens and uses his ears not his mouth. He likes to save buyers and his own time which is valuable so listening to what a customer really wants is number one.
