The owner asking 15 million bhat key money and rent 800,000 THB per month. Minimum for 3 years with a option for another 3 years = 6 years.
If you calculate the key money and the rent over 6 years and divide by monthly rent, then it is coming to approx 1 million THB (10 Lakh Baht).
If you divide the rent with rooms, than per day.Which comes to around 333 THB per room.
Which is very reasonable for this project, along with the restaurant and spa revenue.
The location is very good around 1.2 km to walking street. Good for investment.
