Some moments remind me that the greatest success in business is not measured by how many deals we close - but by how deeply people trust us after the deal is done.
One, We first met in 2023 as complete strangers.
Second we knew each other for more than 30 years Saturday 29 August 2026
Today, whenever they return to Thailand, they come back to see me. I help them find a condominium, take care of what they need, and simply make sure they feel at home.
But today touched my heart in a different way.
They were so comfortable with me that they could leave their most important personal belongings and documents in my care without hesitation.
For a moment, I looked at everything in front of me and thought:
“Do they really trust me this much?”
I was deeply moved.
And then came something even more meaningful — they introduced me to a dear friend they have known for more than 30 years, trusting me to take care of their friend too.
That is not simply a referral.
That is someone putting their reputation, friendship, and trust in your hands.
From a stranger in 2023,
to a client,
to a friend,
to someone who returns every time they come to Thailand…
There are some relationships that become far more valuable than a transaction.
I am proud - not because of what I sold, but because of the trust my actions have earned.
Trust is never created by what we promise.
It is built quietly, through what we consistently do.
And perhaps the greatest compliment in my profession is when someone trusts me enough to say, without needing to say the words:
“I trust you. And I trust you with the people who matter to me.”
That means more to me than any commission ever could. 💙
More than real estate. More than business.
