✅ Responsibilities:
• Supervise housekeeping, concierge & operations staff
• Ensure productivity & company standards
• Control schedules, costs & daily operations
• Support management directly
• Assist with sales, marketing & new property sourcing
• Help improve systems & grow the company
✅ Requirements:
• Thai National
• Experience in hospitality, villa or property management
• Strong leadership & organizational skills
• Good English communication
• Proactive, responsible & able to multitask
Salary: THB 25,000 – 30,000+
