Duties and Responsibilities:
• Oversee the day-to-day management operations of the Estate
• Monitor, supervise, record and evaluate the performance of the contractors and sub-contractors
• Monitor and maintain all equipment and accessories of common areas
• Establish and implement maintenance planning for all common area equipment and installations
• Prepare yearly budget and manage all expenses to the budget
• Prepare and distribute monthly report
• Administrative work: invoicing, collections, filing, manage payables, petty cash, etc
• Conduct meetings in accordance with the Condominium Act, Regulations and liaise with government authorities for any needed registrations or other formalities
• Control and supervise use of the common area and properties by co-owners, tenants and visitors
• Ensure that satisfactory services are delivered and performed with quality to co-owners, tenants and visitors
• Communicate with co-owners, tenants and visitors as required to ensure issues are handled and appropriate services are provided
• Ensure all operating procedures for the Estate are run efficiently
