The week gone by has been one where tremendous progress has been made at the project with works for the administration building and the grand entrance-way beginning and progressing well. The piling works for the administration building were completed, while at the club the roof at the main rastuarant has been completed and the wine room roof-carving and installation is nearly complete.
The swimming pool has also been filled with teak age testing and equipment testing underway this week. Below ground, the main kitchen, staff kitchen, offices , locker-rooms and other areas are also at an advanced stage . The Oceanview Residences building is now getting a makeover, with the new approved paint colour being applied , giving the building a very regal look , while interior works continued with the installations of the remaining kitchens and the commencement of second coat painting and defect rectification for the units.
