Boundary walls around the community going up! We are also building a concierge reception at the front entrance for this premium village. It’s going slow due to the ultimate detail on quality (as you see with these retaining walls) but this will be the most prominent development on the outskirts of Pattaya near rugby school and overlooking astonishing sunsets over Pattaya!

- No conduits, cables or electricity supply and connectors visible outside.

Note that the View Estate is one of the only high end residential developments in Pattaya where the Electricity Infrastructure is integrated in the design of the village to accommodate high rate/high quality electricity provision in conjunction with Solar Systems to keep the consumption cost and footprint to a minimum.
