I am writing you this message to introduce myself and my company and to see if your are interested to discuss a potential business relationship.

As an investor or wealth manager you might have many business which will be similar to what I am involved in. I believe there could be many reasons to be of value to each other.

Please find below a brief introduction of me and my background.

I have been project developer and a licensed real estate agent. Since 1998 I have build up many businesses in Europe such as over 25 project developments in France, construction companies, rental companies and various sales offices spread around in Europe. The sales offices have been among others situated in Amsterdam, London, Dublin, Antwerp and various cities in France. I am born and raised in Amsterdam, The Netherlands and have over 22 years experience in the real estate branch. I speak and write Dutch, French, English and German fluently and speak a little Thai, Issan and Spanish.

I have built up from zero an international multi million project development and investment company in Europe which was the largest at that time. It was unique in its advanced and complete approach of the whole chain from searching the best locations, to developing projects such as commercial centers, holiday resorts, villa quarters, residential property, but also ski resorts, renovation developments and hotels. Then selling these properties, arrange the management and rentals and eventually resell these for the investors. As one might understand this has brought a complete and extensive understanding on how the real estate market, but especially the international business world in all its facets works.

My recent company Propertunity is an internationally operating real estate company that specializes in high market properties and solid investments on prime locations.

Propertunity always searches for high quality well established developers. It does not matter in which country the development is situated. Most important is to collaborate with reliable property developers. A good track record is required and preferably the construction of the development will be carried out with sustainable and high quality materials. Above all there should be a professional team in place which provides professional guidance in every aspect of the construction and purchase process for the potential buyers. Propertunity seeks developments on prime locations with good perspective for capital gains and no hassle investments. Well designed architecture which creates properties any buyer would be proud of owning. Propertunity prefers the developments close to an airport or port but without having any negative influences from it. Also the development should provide in any of the future owners wishes such as being close to facilities such as entertainment, relaxation, nature and all the things needed to live an easy live without to much traveling. After sales is very important for Propertunity. One can think of assistance on how to decorate the property, how to manage a property, how about any resale possibilities, etc.
