Buying off-plan in Phuket? Don’t just look at the renders.

If the developer has completed projects, go and see how those properties have actually aged.

If they’re new and have no track record yet, look deeper: Who is the contractor? Who designed it? What have those companies built before? What specifications are actually written into the contract?

A beautiful showroom tells you what they want to build. Due diligence helps you understand what they’re actually capable of delivering.
