NOTICE OF CLOSURE
Dear valued customers,
Under the Engel & Voelkers brand we have been active in Phuket for a decade, providing a dedicated brokerage service to buyers and sellers of luxury properties. Disintermediation and increasing use of social networking marketing tools have rendered this business model less rewarding to us, so that we have decided to discontinue our agency operations from October 31st, 2017.
We take this opportunity to thank you for the confidence that you have placed in us and our team during all these years.
We are currently looking into developing retirement communities in Hua Hin and possibly Phuket at a later stage. With an aging population in almost all developed nations combined with increasing cost for healthcare there is a growing demand by retirees for an affordable and caring environment to spend their well deserved retirement. We see this as a great opportunity for investors and retirees alike.
