Piles drilled — 2,289 piles
Structural concrete poured — 26,954 m³

Building A5: Masonry works continue on the 4th floor; plastering work is in progress on the 5th floor, with ceiling installation ongoing; MEP works are ongoing.
Building A4: Work on the stair structure continues.
Building A2.2, Zone 1: Reinforcement installation is in progress on the 3rd floor slab.
Building A2.2, Zone 2: Scaffolding installation is underway on the rooftop.
Building A3.1, Zone 1: Post‑tension systems are being installed on the 4th floor slab.
Building A3.2: Work continues on the basement structures.
Building BM1: Foundation works are ongoing.
Building BM2, Zone 2 (Basement 2): Vertical structural works continue.
Building A1: Foundation works, water tank construction, and underground MEP system installation are underway; a partial basement floor slab has been poured.
Building ME1: Foundation works and water tank construction continue.

On 3 July, we hosted our Prosecco & Sunset Event, featuring a presentation and site tour of Layan Green Park – Building Phase 2 in Phuket right now Phase 2, followed by a visit to Layan Verde.

Our partners toured the sales office, following the same journey every client takes when they first discover the project. They saw the key features of the residences up close and reached the top floor of the construction site to take in the panoramic views future owners will wake up to.

Construction update for Layan Verde: see the progress we’ve made by the end of June 2026 🌱

Project Overview:
Soil excavated and removed: 339,060 m³
Piles drilled: 2,195 piles
Structural concrete poured: 24098 m³

Building A5: Masonry works are underway on the 3rd floor. Aluminum frames are being installed on the 5th floor, and the frames for the mockup have been delivered. MEP works have started, including wiring installation.
Building A2.1: The roof slab has been poured.
Building A2.2: Work continues on the 3rd floor slab structure.
Building A3.1: Scaffolding installation for the 4th floor slab is in progress.
Building A3.2: Basement structure works are ongoing.
Building A4: Installation of water, drain, and fire protection pipes is underway on the 1st floor.
Buildings A1, BM1, and B8: Foundation works are in progress.
Building BM2: The basement (Zone 2) has been poured.
Building ME1: Foundation works and water tank construction are ongoing.
Building B9: Foundation work has started.
Building B1: The area is being prepared for piling works.

Layan Verde named Asia’s Best Residential Architecture Design at AADA 2026 🏆

The award was presented to our architectural partner, Dewan Architects + Engineers, and accepted on stage by Mohammed Adib, the lead architect of Layan Verde.

The ceremony took place inside Ngoc Rong Cave in Quang Ninh Province, in the Ha Long Bay region, Vietnam 🇻🇳

An award for architecture built on dialogue with nature, handed out inside a space that nature built itself. Layan Verde was chosen from nearly a thousand submitted projects.

The project is developed according to the principles of bionic design: nature here is not decoration, but an architectural framework. The relief determines the location of residences, and the cascading greenery defines the building’s volume. At its core, this is about respecting the island, its topography, its ecosystem, its character.

At the same ceremony, Dewan Architects + Engineers was named Asia’s Best Architecture Firm and Asia’s Best Hospitality Architecture Firm.
