Modern Nordic, an aspired keyword from Housing Estate. The Nordic interpretation toward modern contemporary, the man-made environment is inspiredees which exist in all over Northern European forests.
The organic triangle shape has derived from the tip of the Pine Tree. This attractive and simply compelling character of triangular shape has brought to the main concept of the project. Several of triangle steel structure, duplicating from one to another side, create an exciting space. It is unusually high and vast at the base. It has been relayed to secure and stable to human perception.
An additional idea is to perceive the structure members come to aesthetic. They present masculine character, yet, have been used to support their own structure. Another word, says this unique clubhouse space underneath the roof genuinely reflect engineering and architectural design. It also has formed and integrated Landscape element with pine trees as the primary environment.
This clubhouse is composed of 3 masses of buildings, which are slightly separated from each other. First, the parking lot is placed at the front, while the second is the common lounge area set next to the parking area. And the last is Fitness and facilities. The 3 Components are designed to curve slightly follows the site context.
Entrance is formed by the Continued Roof between parking and the main building, gives an impressive opening and transfer to a widen and over-Scale space when entering the Common lounge area.
The main staircase between the 2-major buildings conveys the vertical circulation up to the Fitness and other facilities. The form of the significant buildings is curved triangles, high ceiling space, and slightly shifted away from each other. Yet, they are connected to the open-air staircase provides the flowing of natural ventilation. Besides, it is covered with an exposed structure skylight roof, bringing dramatic light with shade and shadow during the day. The fitness area is located on the second floor. This function has been elevated, to make people who exercising perceives the scenery through swimming pool among the pine trees.

The precious community's clubhouse of Grand Bangkok Boulevard-RAMA9 project has been designed through the gift box concept. It is full of surprises, a precious thing inside, valued inter-action activities. Likewise the specious green space in the middle was wrapped by main circulation from ground to top level floor then enclosed the box with the façade of the building
This 550 sqm. Facilities clubhouse; sale office, co-living space, fitness, swimming pool and relaxing terrace is an integral area for residents of the project to enjoy their community sharing space.
The building’s first floor accommodates the co-living space is well-positioned by connecting the outer green area and inner court from the front and side with the large cleared open wall. Double ceiling height is made this sharing space more restful.
Beside the parking area, located of the community Supervisor‘s office (CS room) ison your doorstep when the residents need to notify or need their assist.
The second floor is the area of exercise facilities. The enclosed area with the vertical Aluminum louver leads through to the generous fitness that opens to the deck and the cantilever swimming pool. The over flow of these swimming pool is acted as the spectacular water features from the front of the building.
Using Aluminum louver as the staple façade materials is the stratagem to achieve the concept “ Gift Box”. The angle of the louver helps to hide the green tree inside. There are only some degrees that can be clearly seen in the daytime. The louver serves to shield the light and allow the inner space of the user privacy. In the meantime, at night, light shining within the building reveals hidden gifts inside.
