Our mansion is at Beylerbeyi, one of the most beautiful districts of Üsküdar.
It is very close to the house of the President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.
Our mansion has a breathtaking view of Bosphorus. There is a wonderful grove at the back of our mansion.
It has a magnificent living space intertwined with longed sounds of birds in İstanbul.
It is just 300 meters from the seaside. It is at a 3 minutes walking distance to Beylerbeyi Palace and Bosphorus Bridge.
Our mansion is built on a 960 m2 land and it has a 400 m2 of usage area. Our mansion has 5 floors. It has a parking space for 4 cars.
It is one of the few mansions in the Uskudar district with a housing certificate.
As it is a 2nd degree historical monument area, most of the newly built mansions cannot get a housing certificate.
There are swimming pool, elevator, Turkish bath and laundry facilities in the project of the mansion.
Swimming pool, Turkish bath, laundry facilities, and the elevator has not been built by us, so that we can design them within no extra charge to your delight.
Our historical mansion had been used by Rice Chef of Beylerbeyi Palace, Reed flute master Rauf Yektabey and the Kuyumcuyan Family.
It was bought by us in 2006 and it was rebuilt as the original, in accordance with the directives of the High Council of Monuments.
The mansion is very close to the historical and touristic attraction areas of İstanbul as of its location, such as Taksim, Üsküdar, Kadıköy, and Eminönü.
Movie and advertisement companies requested to rent our mansion but we refused them as we thought they might harm the historical texture of the
mansion
It is exempt from the sales tax as it is a historical monument.
