Har dere ikke mulighet til å være til stede gi en nabo stoler på eller om dere har avtale med en som driver med homeservice firma.

Vi har hatt styre møte den 25 juni hvor vi gikk igjennom regnskapet hittil i år. Vi vil gå ca 115.000 tl i minus vis vi ikke gjør noen grep.
Alle har vel fått med seg at det er høy inflasjon i Tyrkia ca 70% hittil i år. Minste lønnen gikk også opp igjen 1. juli. Styre har bestemt at vi må øke husleien til 850 tl ut året fra 1.juli for at vi skal kunne gå i null.
Vi beklager den ulempen dette kan medføre for hver enkelt bebor.

We have had a board meeting on 25 June where we reviewed the accounts so far this year. We will go about 115,000 tl in minus show we do not make any move.
Everyone has probably realized that there is high inflation in Turkey about 70% so far this year. The minimum payment for the worker also went up again on 1 July. The board has decided that we must increase the rent to 850 tl from 1 july throughout from the year in order for us to be able to go to zero.
