🇩🇰 Seværdighed på Alanya havn
Når man besøger havnen i Alanya, er det svært ikke at lægge mærke til det gamle skibsværft, som ligger lige nedenfor Red Tower. Skibsværftet, der på tyrkisk hedder Tersane, blev bygget i 1227 under Sultan Alaaddin Keykubat og er et af de bedst bevarede seldsjukkiske skibsværfter i Tyrkiet.
Det historiske værft består af fem store hvælvinger direkte ud til Middelhavet, hvor man tidligere byggede og reparerede skibe til sultanens flåde. Området er i dag en populær seværdighed på havnen, hvor man både kan opleve den spændende historie og nyde udsigten over havet og Alanyas borg.
Særligt om aftenen er skibsværftet et flot syn, når hele området omkring havnen, Red Tower og værftet bliver oplyst.
🇬🇧 Attractions at Alanya Port
When visiting the port of Alanya, it is difficult not to notice the old shipyard, which is located just below the Red Tower. The shipyard, which in Turkish is called Tersane, was built in 1227 under Sultan Alaaddin Keykubat and is one of the best preserved Seljuk shipyards in Turkey.
The historic shipyard consists of five large vaults directly overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, where ships for the sultan's fleet were previously built and repaired. The area is today a popular attraction at the port, where you can both experience the exciting history and enjoy the view of the sea and Alanya Castle.
The shipyard is a beautiful sight especially in the evening, when the entire area around the port, the Red Tower and the shipyard are illuminated.
