Current Project “ALANYA MANSIONS Bek A total of 10,925 m2 land and 22 VIP Houses were constructed in 1934 Island and 12 parcels in Bektaş, Antalya, Alanya.
Architectural design, Greek architecture on the façade (antiquity), Ottoman influences and details were applied inside. Jamb (ornament) works have been carried out in the exterior façade and water, moisture, sun and external factors protection isolation techniques have been applied.

• The gross land of each mansion is 450-540 m2
• The mansions' usage area is 422,36 m2, (including balcony, terrace)
• Under roof use of 185,64 m2
• Mansion Gross 608.00 m2 (building area).
• Average of each residence (variable (+) (-) 30 m2 pool
• Average of each house (variable (+) (-) 20 m2 covered parking (garage)
• The average (variable (+) (-) 70 m2 pool area of each residence is used.
• The site has a total land of 10,925 m2.
• The site is generally terraced with 4800 m2 retaining ab wall + curtain
• Well water belonging to the site is available.

Sample design mansion: Marble worktop. Interior doors with furniture crown, stained glass work, gypsum plaster, decorative spot, plasterboard decoration, windows and sliding doors, PVC, Vosvagen, double opening, double glazing and double life jaluse, bathrooms and kitchen first-class tiles, chrome fittings, cabinets in bathrooms, erasable wall paints, fireplaces, floor applications, ceiling applications all design.

It is identified that current project “ALANYA KONAKLARI” is being constructed as 22 VIP Residence on 1934 piece 12 parcel approximate 12 decare land in city of Antalya, Alanya district Bektaş site.
It is identified that each residence’s land title is alloted which construction servitude is
established,land registration is made,declarations are made to Alanya Municipality and other
agencies and institutes, current construction project has been applied,construction license has
been obtained, building permit has been obtained from authorized institutions,applications had
been monitored by authorized institutions, architectural,static,electrical,water,landscape projects
are present and applied.
Alanya Konakları Project is located near downtown, in mountainside, north of Alanya and has pleasent panorama with sight of Alanya west to east and prevelant to south..
It is assessed as elaborate project in the region by it’s view, architectural style, exclusive pool, garage and landscape gardening.
Current project is designed and applied as VIP anda it is identified that lanscapes, common use
areas, security, cistern, power supply(generator), fire alarm, burglar alarm systems, network connections, solar energy system, gas heating systems, sauna, environmental and road luminance services has been made elaborately.
Each residence has average 450-540 m2 gross land. Usage area of the residences is net 422,36 m2, gross 608,00 m2 and first class building material has been used. Kitchen top is marble. It is assessed that Interior doors are leaded windowed, gypsum plastered, decorative spotted, papier mached, windows and sliding doors are PVC, Vosvagen,bilateral,double glazed, jaluse between double glaze, kitchen and bathrooms are first class tiled,chrome armatured, in bathrooms cabinets, cleanable paints, fireplace, floor and ceiling coverings are all design products.
