Villa Avsallar is a private detached luxury villa with a large pool with children's section. The villa comfortably accommod
ates 8 people (but can sleep 10) on 3 levels with four bedrooms, two double's and 2 with 2/3 twins - all with their own private en-suite bathrooms. Living Space
The villa has a large open plan living space overlooking and providing access to the Pool/Garden area. The kitchen is fully equippped with Bosch appliances which include stainless steel oven/hob, dishwasher, microwave and a large fridge freezer. The lounge diner is a spacious open plan and modernly furnished. There is a large dining table with seating for 8, 3 large seater sofa's and a large coffee table. The large sliding patio doors open directly onto the sun terrace and Pool area. The lounge/diner is fully air conditioned. The beautiful wrought iron marble staircase provides access to all bedrooms and also leads to a large sun terrace situated on the 3rd floor which offers superb sea and mountain views. Bedrooms & Bathrooms
All bedrooms are furnished to a high standard and host beautifully tiled private en-suite bathrooms containing a WC, bath or shower wet room and marbled topped vanity units with large mirrors. Bed linen and bath towels are provided for your use.
3 bedrooms have sliding patio doors leading to private balcony areas with breath taking views of the mountains and sea. All balconies have lighting and seating to relax. All bedrooms are independently air conditioned. The Exterior
The villa boasts a large kidney shaped overflow swimming pool with a built in children's pool (adults plunge pool) containing underwater lighting and is surrounded by landscaped terracing with dining table and chairs, ample sun loungers and parasol/canopy for shade. There is also a natural stone built BBQ - perfect for al fresco dining ! The villa is surrounded by a walled garden, with lemon, orange, tangerine trees (pick when in season and enjoy !) together with exotic plants, flowers and amazing palm trees !. There are lights surrounding the perimeter of the property. Undoubtedly, one of Villa Avsallars best features is the huge top terrace offering stunning views over the mountains towards the sea. - perfect for catching the afternoon breeze whilst you take a siesta under the shade or watching the perfect sunset!. The garden and pool are services daily and a full clean of the villa can be provided weekly if required. A welcome pack that includes all necessities such as fresh bread, milk etc. will be waiting for you on your arrival however, if you require anything specific i.e ,,,,a few cold bottles of EFES please just let us know and we will organise
