The company is owned and managed by Mehmet Kurt who originally is from Çandir, the small and remote village across the river from Dalyan. Mehmet started off in tourism at the age of 14 owning his own company with a string of boats taking tours along the Dalyan Delta and up to the Kaunos archaeological site and also specialising in large motor yacht tours from Gocek. From the age of 14 Mehmet learnt to speak English from talking with his English clients on the boats, he is now fully bi-lingual.
