Yesterday we took a trip to Hamam Koyu - Cleopatra Baths, taking a boat from Sarsala Beach and walking the last stretch along the cosstline to the Baths
The sea was beautifully clear and a stunning blue green colour.
Our review: There's an entrance fee of 295 tl (card payment only) to park the car at Sarsala Beach. There is no road to Hamam Koyu itself.
Then there's a return boat fare of 4000 tl to a very expensive restaurant that you don't need to eat at.
You can also walk for free from Sarsala Beach to Cleopatra Baths - Hamam Koyu. This takes about two and a half to three hours depending on your level of fitness.
Then a 30-40 minute fairly easy walk along the coastline to Hamam Koyu - Cleopatra Baths. Do NOT follow footpath marks taking you up the mountain.
However the walk is not suitable for people with mobility issues.
You could take a picnic to the baths or eat fried food at the cheap restaurant at Sarsala Beach in your return. There is a discount on prices at the restaurant for those that have a Dalaman card.
We were surprised to see a Jetty at the Hamam Koyu which is hopefully just a temporary intrusion. Local boats make this a stop off as part of their daily schedule but it was not overly busy.
