Details of Our Building:
Our Building and Flats: Rebuilt historical building, with six studios and one flat with a bedroom (1+1), is in Bakırköy perfectly located for air, sea, rail and land routes and connections. Flats have big refrigerator, two unit burner, washing machine, LCD TV with a number of local and foreign language channels, free unlimited ADSL internet co
nnection, wardrobe, chairs, dining / study table, electric kettle, some pots, pans,dishes and similar kitchen utensils for eating and cooking, free tea and coffee, linens, pillows, towels, blankets. 1+1 flat has air conditioning, for the studio flats, fans are available for summer time. All floors are stipped laminated wood floors, ceramic, new modern kitchen, natural gas combi heating and hot water. All bathroom ceramics and accessories are new. Distance to Historical and Touristic Places: 12 Km. to the old city center where Hagia Sophia, Grand Bazaar, Sultanahmet Mosque and many museums are. 15 Km. away from Taksim Square. Transportation: 8 Km to Atatürk Airport, it´s within walking distance of bus stops, train stations and sea bus terminal. Public and private transportation is always available even late hours. Shopping: Everything needed is at an easy walking distance – 5 minutes from big shopping centers such as Galleria, Carousel, Bakırköy Underground Bazaar and Town Center. Close to Marmara Forum and Ataköy Plus. There are too many shops in Bakırköy streets as well as in shopping centers. Health: Acıbadem-Bakırköy Hospital is less than 5 minutes walk away. Walking distance from Yaşar and Çamlık Hospitals. Sports: Ataköy Marine, Hippodrome and various sports centers are too in close proximity the apartment. The sports complex for Olympics Games is 20 minutes away from the building. 2 minutes to the beach for jogging and cycling. Trade Centers:10 Km away from commerce and exposition centers such as CNR, World Trade Center and Free Trade Zone
Restaurants and Bars: Our building is in very lively area with many restaurants, cafes and bars within walking distance. Our building has six studio and one 1+1 flats. One of our studio flats is 15 m2, others are 25 m2 and 1+1 flat is 50m2. Studio flats are suitable for couples (with one child possibly) and singles. 2 Singles may need an extra bed. 1+1 flat is for 6 person (three couples, two singles and two couples or four singles). If needed an extra bed can be provided for free. All of our apartment rates include:
- A fully-furnished flat with linens, towels, kitchen equipment etc.
- Electricity, water, gas and maintenance bills.
- Housekeeping service every 5 days, including fresh linens and towels.
- ADSL internet connection
- Satellite. We prefer not to take short stays of less than 3 days. These are our Standard Rates and you can expect a special discount as follows:
- One day free accomodation for 10 days renting.
- Four days free accomodation for 30 days renting.
- %5 discount for groups up to 11 days renting for minimum two studios, if the flats are available.
- %3 discount for the reservations made before 1st of March 2012 for the period 1st of March and 30th September 2012 if the flats are available. Guests who make early reservation also take advantage of items above. Credit Cards are not accepted. Guests will be charged for initial deposit to be refunded upon their check out which they must pay cash during their check in and get the cash back during check out. No elevator but handicap access is available for the entrance of the building and the ground floor studios only. Only named on reservation people to stay in the apartment, absolutely no additional guest. Housekeeping service every 5 days, Daily housekeeping can be arranged for a fee of 30 USD. Binamız, Atatürk Havaalanı’na 9 Km., Ayasofya, Kapalıçarşı ve bazı müzelerin bulunduğu eski kent merkezine 14 Km. uzaklıktadır. Ana ulaşım yollarına, otobüs/minibüs duraklarına, tren istasyonlarına ve deniz otobüsü terminaline, Galeria, Carousel, Town Center, Marmara Forum ve Ataköy Plus gibi büyük alışveriş merkezleri ile bazı hastanelere, ayrıca ibadet yerlerine yürüme mesafesindedir. Binamız Ataköy Marina, Olimpiyat Evi, Hipodrom, pek çok restaurant ile CNR ve TÜYAP gibi fuar, ticaret merkezi ile serbest ticaret bölgesine, metrobüs ve metroya çok yakın konumdadır. Binamızda 7 stüdyo daire bulunmaktadır. Dairelerimizden biri 15 m2, biri 50 m2 diğerleri ise 25 m2'dir. 50M2'lik daire 6, diğer daireler 2 kişinin konaklamasına uygundur. Her odada banyo/tuvalet ayrı, donanımlı mutfak oda içindedir. Odalarda büyük boy buzdolabı, ocak ve yeme içme takımları bulunmaktadır. Ayrıca büyük boy çamaşır makinası da hizmete hazırdır. Tarihi özelliklerine uygun olarak yeniden yapılmış binamızda ısıtma, her dairede ayrı ayrı bulunan kombilerle yapılmaktadır. Tüm daireler laminant parke, çift cam, çelik kapılı olup, ulusal ve uluslararası uydu kanallarına sahip TV, internet bağlantısı bulunmaktadır.
