Real estate has a LOT of moving parts… but you don’t have to pick them all up at once. 👓💻

The goal isn’t to do everything. The goal is to build a business that’s organized enough to know what needs your attention and what doesn’t.

3 things every agent should organize:

1. Your leads 👩🏾‍🤝‍👨🏽 Every lead needs a home, a follow-up plan and a next step.
2. Your transactions 💻 Stop keeping deadlines, documents and client updates in your head. Create a system.
3. Your time 🕕 Separate prospecting, clients, admin and CEO time. Everything cannot be a priority at the same time.

A busy agent can make money. An organized agent can build a business.
