Shelly Kutluay was born in Ankara, the Turkish capital, where she attended Private Yukselis High school then graduated from the Banking & Insurance University. Following graduation, Shelly held managerial positions at various Insurance firms in Istanbul before attaining the prestigious title of Vice President of EGE Insurance, the most prominent firm in Turkey at the time. In 1997, Shelly decided
to make a move to the United States with her family. Before long, she decided make a career move from Insurance to Real Estate by becoming a licensed Real Estate and Mortgage broker, granting her the ability to oversee the entire process and thusly, improving the quality of service she provides her clients. Since then, she has been offering consulting services to her local and International clients with their residential and commercial Real Estate investment needs. The services offered have included but not have been limited to; re-location assistance, immigration processes, accounting needs, finding financing for renovations, property management and arranging schooling for students. Quality of service and her clients’ happiness is of utmost importance to Shelly. After nearly two decades of expertise under her belt in the Floridian Real Estate industry, the number of satisfied clients is innumerable, with whom, she has developed friendships while striving to provide them with happy beginnings.
