The combination of natural shades of wood and fabrics’ natural softness with a calm and bright style that serves well to our inner peace. Retro: Wisdom that comes along with the past and strong connection with the future results in a positive inner space. The irreplaceable colors and geometrical figures of the 60s and 70s combined with the modernism of today and future. An entertaining, playful and still modernist theme ; the shades of the wood turned red in compliance with the period and fabrics with soft geometrical figures. Dark colors with contrast of bright and matt colors; glass-mirror; leather-veltet fabric; metals and dark colored natural marble combinations assertive and charismatic atmosphere emphasizes the contrasts such as soft-hard, warm-cold and bright-shady. The Leos Residence İstanbul’un merkezinde bulunan lokasyonuyla lüks hizmetin sunulduğu Residence konsepti ile ev konforunu birleştirmeyi hedefliyor. The Leos Residence’ın iç mimarisi; konaklama yapacak olan misafirlerimize seçim yapma şansı vererek, Geniş ve konforlu yaşam alanları vurgulayan bir iç ortam yaratma fikrinden yola çıkarak; Naturel, Retro ve Grunge olmak üzere 3 farklı tarzda tasarlandı. Natural: İlhamını doğadan aldığı aydınlık ve pozitif bir ruh halini temsil eder. Açık ve pastel tonlarda kullanılan renkler insan eliyle yapay olarak yapılmış olan yerine doğal olanı tercih etmek fikriyle donatıldı. Ahşabın en doğal tonları, kumaşların doğal yumuşaklık hissiyle kombine edilip iç huzurumuza hizmet eden, dingin ve aydınlık bir tarz oluşturuldu. Retro: Geçmişin beraberinde getirdiği bilgelikle geleceğe doğru kurulan sıkı bir bağ düşüncesiyle oluşturulan bu tarz , 60 lı ve 70 li yılların renk ve geometrik desenlerini ele alarak günümüz ve gelecek modernizmine bağ kuran eğlenceli, oyuncu hala modernist bir iç mekan kurgusudur. Grunge: Belirleyici çarpıcı bir duygusal tarz. Parklar ve mat renklerin koyu renkler ile kontrastı; cam-ayna; deri kadife kumaş; metal ve koyu renkli doğal mermer kombinasyonları iddialı ve karizmatik bir atmosfer altında yumuşak-sert; sıcak-soğuk ve parlak gölgeli olarak zıtlıkları vurguluyor. Malzemelerin dokularındaki kontrasta karşın mobilya ve objelerin tasarım hatlarının olabildiğince sade tutulmasına dikkat edildi.
