According to request I’d like to give more detailed information about our projects. First I’d like to focus on our project Akkoza/Kozapark in İstanbul and Swiss Hotel which is inside the Kozapark Project. Then I’d like to talk about our Grand Kanyon project which will be the first mix project in Bulgaria. We also have an off plan project in Bulgaria as I’ve already shared with you, the Sofia Square. I’ll share brief information about payment methods, square meter price and feasibility analysis, please do not hesitate to ask any further information about them.
KOZAPARK & SWISS İSTANBUL
Kozapark Residence project which is located right after the Esenyurt exit of the E-6 highway, is the closest project to reach through E-6 highway in Bahçeşehir district. You could find at the attached map; the location of the project and the key points that will increase the value of our project, such as; 3rd Airport (which is under construction right now), 3rd international connected highway rotation and the most possible route for the future Canal İstanbul project.
The most special piece of the Koza City which has the area around 400 acres, is Kozapark Residence project that covers 200 acres. Kozapark Residences has 7 blocks and each one has 40 floors. The floors 22-23 and 38-39 are reserved for bigger square-meter flat types. On the other floors we have 1+1, 2+1 and 3+1 options. Depends on height, view and location of the flats the square meter price varies from 2,700 USD to 3,500 USD. We are applying no interest rate and divide the payment to equal 100 months installments.

The Swiss Hotel;
Ø Has 118,000 square meter total construction area
Ø Has 47 floors in total
Ø First 9 floors includes 149 hotel rooms and at the first 3 floors there are also some stores
Ø 125 of these rooms are standard hotel rooms from 22 square meter to 35 square meter wide, 22 of those remaining are selective suites and one presidential suite is included
Ø On the 44th floor there are food & beverage outlets, 45th floor ball rooms and meeting rooms, 46th floor Spa Wellness Center and 47th floor, at the roof, pool located
Ø Square meter price for hotel residences starts from $9,300
Ø 100 months campaign is applicable
If we include the minus floors and the underground parking area, Swiss Hotel block has 54 floors in total. The hotel residences that are located between the floors 10 to 43 of this block are open to purchase. These residential units could be rent out by the assistance of Swiss Hotel Management System. According to the planned feasibilities the return on investment of these hotel residences is comes in shorter process than many investment opportunities of today. GRAND KANYON SOFIA
We gave the start of our overseas projects in Bulgaria. Grand Kanyon project will be an iconic part of the Sofia City with the Swiss Hotel. It is located at Mladost 3 district which will be new trade and university center of the city. The project has 43,000 square meter in which shopping mall, entertainment areas, 4 residence blocks and 2 hotel blocks. “Sofia Square” is the latest premium off plan project of us. It is located in the capital of Bulgaria, Sofia. You could find attached a brief pdf. information about it.
We announced it first time at the Dubai CityScape Exhibition as you know and it will be the first high-end hybrid Project in Sofia. We opened off-plan sales first and selling by stories. Each story/floor is 1,500 square meter. You just need to pay 10% down payment and then we can arrange the remaining amount with 60 installments, after the start of the project.
