Istanbul third Airport: After the completion of all initial stages as planned, the implementation of Istanbul third airport project in the Black Sea coast, Istanbul canal project and the third city project will start at the same time.
The number of passengers expected to be served by Istanbul third airport will reach 150 million each year. The airport will located over 78 million m2 of lands.
Istanbul will proceed forward with a steady pace and self-confidence to be the world center of civilization through its projects and its third bridge which will link Asian with Europe and through its developed transportation and roads system which will connect the new fledgling city to Istanbul city.
Istanbul canal: This canal will pass across the lake of (name) and dam of (name) to the east of (name) lake in order to reach the Black Sea and pour in it. The width of the canal will be 400 m with 100 m width of green areas and parks along each side of the canal and its depth will be 25 m. And 10 luxury bridges of different designs will be established over the canal. Also, there will be a broad streets of 50 m width on either side of the canal and each street will contain 8 tracks along the coast.
The residents of the new city and tourists will enjoy the comfort of living, far from traffic jams, in a luxury palaces, villas and apartments, which are inspired from different cultures including the Arabic style, in addition to the surrounding parks and green areas. There will be an international conference centers, financial and educational centers.
This huge projects and investments has made (Arnavutkoy) and its neighboring areas over the Black Sea coast one of the best areas for investment.
