The secure payment system for real estate sales has now been officially legislated. It is set to be implemented as of July 1st, 2026, though the Ministry holds the authority to postpone this for an additional 3 months if necessary.

Simultaneous Exchange: The system ensures that the sale price and the title deed transfer happen simultaneously, eliminating the risk for both parties.
Mandatory Date: According to Article 6, the system will become mandatory starting July 1, 2026

Extension Clause: The Ministry of Trade has the right to extend this deadline until October 1, 2026 (a 3-month extension).

Service Fee: A transaction fee will be applied to each sale processed through this system, which will be deducted from the final payment to the seller.
