With the end of Kalkan's Summer 2026 season just over eight weeks away can you believe, you could be forgiven for thinking the party's over for yet another year but you would be so wrong.

Here at Apartment Limon Kalkan , Ministry Of Tourism Licence Number 07/5726, the party is still in full swing and not over just yet.

It's been a busy one for sure. The joy of renting out our extremely popular three bed, 3.5 bath spacious apartment, so like a villa but a tad better on the purse strings, in what is fast becoming one of the most popular resorts along Turkeys Turquoise Mediterranean coastline - Kalkan, means you're living the dream every day and the party never ends.

We began to rent nearly eight years ago now and have never looked back. Wonderful guests throughout, some who have become good friends and all of which have never been forgotten for lots of reasons - all good I hasten to add. We have families stay, couples too and all have enjoyed the joy of staying at Limon. You might wish to take a look our reviews and see what they say about their stay.

At Limon, how can we explain the joy of seeing the early morning sunrise as it appears over the Ta**us mountains as it approaches to our left, to the evening glow of the setting of the sun as it sets over Patara's sand dunes and beyond to our right at the end of yet another action packed brand new day. Let's not forget too, Kalkan's magnificent landmarks, snake and mouse islands, forever standing proudly in Kalkan bay - a constant view to Limon lovers as they both greet you every morning. The answer is, we can't.You have to come see if for yourselves. They all add to the joy of our superb location. Near enough to be able to take the short walk into town but far enough out to enjoy the peace of it all with it's magnificent sea views and oh so much more that many of us take for granted

In eight years, we have been lucky to have had just one cancellation and that was due to ill health. Back to back visitors to our door arriving as strangers, not quite knowing what to expect only to realise Limon is exactly like we and the photos said it would be, only much better when seen in the flesh and with the photos not doing it justice.

The cool freshness of the early mornings as you pop the air conditioning on and get the coffee going and take a walk onto the wraparound balcony and see the flotilla of boats set out on their merry way for the day from the harbour. As you look out over Kalkan town, you can see the traffic meander down the Kalamar Road but most of all we like to see many of our favourite Places we love to visit, the people we meet on the way and re-visit how much at home we feel.

You can't explain it but those of you who have been to Kalkan and in particular, those who have stayed at Limon, will understand and only a visit will help you to see what we see and love.

A sundowner on the balcony whilst absorbing the atmosphere as the call to prayer echoes in the air as it blends in with the summer breeze is just something else and later on our return following a wonderful evening of wining, dining and good company, we return to this wonderful place under a sky full of stars and sit sipping our cold glasses of sublime turkish w**e and simply watch as Kalkan glows beneath the night sky as all is quiet, peaceful and we're back home.

With Limon in full flow we're loving every minute as we constantly feel the excitement as our guests, some new, some who have been to Kalkan many times, walk through our doors and this time around we have something to offer you:-

A stunning 10m-metre infinity pool is shared with just three other apartments, offering a tranquil environment that often feels wonderfully private. 🍋 With the weeks simply flying by, August fast - approaching, The World Cup; Wimbledon and The British Open having been and gone in the blink of an eye and, to top it all, the news that a certain store opened it's Christmas Shop yesterday, it just had to be done and as my fingers hovered over the keyboard they landed on the 'select' button and hey presto, the flights were booked and it was too late! 😉 We're off to Kalkan!

Limon has a 13 night break available 05/10/26 to 18/10/26. Perfect for those of you seeking a late break at a time when the sun is still shining, the temperatures are lovely and warm and the stunning Infinity pool at Limon is a welcome sight to cool you down in the heat of the day. Hard to imagine isn't it? The evenings can be a bit on the cool side following the high daytime temperatures but nothing that a pashmina, light jacket or jumper can't put right and with the many restaurants and bars still open for business the choice is endless as to where to go and what to do. The people of Kalkan know it's weather so well, of course they do, and it is noticeable just how geared up and ready they are for it.Customer service at it's best! Fans, air conditioning, cool air sprays, pashminas/throws, heaters and even log burners, (Soba's), during the winter months plus the choice of being able to dine indoors or out. It's truly wonderful!

This is our second time at Limon and we loved it just as much as the first time if not more.
The apartment itself is immaculately clean with everything you could possibly need, inside and out.
It is very home from home, you want and need for nothing.
Everything is provided. Beach towels, sun beds with name on which is a massive plus, although you only share the pool with three other apartments, you mostly have the pool to yourself.
Incredible views of Kalkan, one you will never tire of waking up to.
Linda and Roy are always on the end of a text, and communications is excellent.
We do think Kalkan has gone more expensive than last year, but staying in Limon means we can stay in or go out as it worked both ways.

Kalkan is a very special place, the restaurants, the people....it all makes you want to return AND WE WILL!"
